Upholding the business spirit of sharing, the Royal Family Food Co., Ltd. founded the first Taiwan Mochi Museum under the professional guidance from Industrial Technology Research Institute in 2011. By sharing the manufacturing process and evolutionary history of mochi, the general public is able to gain a better understanding of the stories behind each dessert. Additionally, animated videos and cute mascots were also installed on site to pull the general public closer and engage them in a wide range of fun activities. Families are provided with DIY courses that combine education and entertainment so that they can enjoy a wonderful time together. Developing more than 50 specialty products, Taiwan Mochi Museum welcomes friends from near and afar to transform the special gifts into wonderful memories before sharing them with more relatives and friends back home. With each dessert reflecting our original intention to share wonderfulness with others, we hope to introduce the rice food and mochi culture to an even wider group of visitors.

When we were little, we felt happy eating mochi. After we grew up, we recall our childhood memories when eating mochi. To keep the wonderful childhood memories intact, Sweet Garden selects the most natural local food materials to make each mochi, for which the inner filling not only reflect the authentic flavor of Nantou but also the sweet childhood memories and nostalgia for the past. By integrating the collective memories of local people in the special dessert, we hope to pass on the most natural and authentic flavor to even more travelers.

Chocolate is the most romantic dessert to express your feeling to someone special. Named after the Hula spirit that the Hawaiians value the most, Hula Mo Chocolate reflects the true feelings between friends, lovers, and family members. As the silver winner of the International Chocolate Awards, Master Lego Kuo-I Lee was invited to provide professional instructions that transform exotic Hawaiian fruits and cocktails into the inner fillings for a wide variety of handmade chocolates so that each chocolate delivers the one and only flavor and texture. With true feelings, Hula Mo Chocolate will soon lead the trend of chocolate fads.
